Delete your ScorvoAI account or data

You can delete your ScorvoAI account and every piece of data attached to it at any time, in two ways. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. You can also delete some of your data while keeping the account - see Delete some data, keep the account.
Option 1 - in the app (instant)
- Open ScorvoAI on your phone, or the web app at scorvoai.com/app, and sign in.
- Go to Profile (tap your avatar in the top-right corner).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account and all data.
- Confirm. For your safety the app may ask you to sign in again first.
The account and its data are removed right away. You are signed out and returned to the welcome screen.
Option 2 - by email
If you can no longer open the app, email abhishek@scorvoai.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the address matches the account and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by reply. No reason is needed.
Delete some data, keep the account
You do not have to close your account to remove things from it.
In the app, immediately:
- A note or saved answer - open Revise → My Notes, open the note and tap Delete. It is removed from your account at once.
- A tutor conversation - open Ask Vidya, open the session list and tap Delete on the session. All messages in it are removed.
- Your "seen questions" record (so questions can appear again) - in Profile, use Reset seen questions.
By email, within 7 days: for anything else - your quiz and mock history, your lesson history, your goals, or all notes at once - email abhishek@scorvoai.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data" and say which of these you want removed. We verify the address, delete exactly what you asked for, keep the account and everything else intact, and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted with the account
Everything the app holds about you:

What is kept, and for how long
- Anonymous question-quality reports (a hash of a question and a flag such as "wrong answer key") are not tied to your identity and are kept so the question bank stays correct for other students.
- Crash reports and usage analytics already sent to Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics contain no name or email; the pseudonymous identifiers are reset on deletion and the historical events age out under Firebase's default retention (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
- Emails you sent us about deletion are kept for 90 days as a record that the request was fulfilled, then removed.
Nothing else is retained. We do not sell data and we do not show ads. The full privacy policy describes everything the app collects.
